This shop specializes in the gluttonous Canadian dish poutine: french fries and cheese curds submerged in gravy. So it’s no surprise that a place that considers fries a main course created a liquid birthday cake, blending baked-in-house cake with ice cream and topping it off with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles. But man, it works.
