Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives

The exhibit takes adults and children alike through nine decades of innovations from Chicago native Walt Disney's empire. Check out more than 300 rarely-seen artifacts, from Mickey Mouse to Captain Jack Sparrow, including drawings, props, costumes, theme park attractions, live-action films and items from contemporary Disney milestones. Interactive stations allow visitors to use touchscreens to explore the animation technology behind all 53 Disney animated films and even learn to draw their favorite characters.
