Born out of the University of Michigan, this Canadian-American new-music act (hence the name—it's the parallel of the border) has been building its rep around the Midwest with its mixed ensemble flavor—woodwinds, percussion, strings, piano. In its debut at Constellation, part of the killer Frequency Series, the 'Tude rips into modern works to blow the dust off your brain like Zac Lavender's Bar Crawl and John Dorhauer's Puzzle Lunch Tulips Cheezborger (and other non-sequitors). You haven't heard them (probably) and that's the point.
