Otis Clay

While he is best known for is songs produced for Mississippi's Hi Records, Clay will always be known as one of Chicago's flag-bearers of soul. A legendary performer of songs like "Home Is Where the Heart Is "and "When the Gates Swing Open", Clay knows how to make gospel and soul music touch a crowd. It'll be great to see him belt it out at the newly opened Promontory.
