A vegetarian restaurant in a college town is like a Hooters by the airport: It’s a sure thing. Among the NU students at this Evanston institution you’ll find plenty of thirtysomething couples, septuagenarians and families eating their way through the meatless menu. Start with the crispy risotto cakes over fresh vegetables. We may miss the sizzling skillet, but we don’t long for meat while eating enchiladas with jack cheese, guac and salsa verde.
