When we tell you this tapas spot is hot, we mean it literally: Every tapa caliente—from the fiery patatas bravas to the bite-size chorizo empanadas and omelettish tortilla Española—arrived too steaming to touch. We took that as an encouraging sign, because if you’re going to eat Spanish grub and down glasses of sangria (there are red, white and peach here), it’s good to do it at a place where you know the food hasn’t been sitting under heat lamps.
