Description
After a fire at the original Khan sent fans of this smoky kebab house into fierce withdrawal, the owners set up shop in the former Jewel of India space. We’re happy to report our favorites are just as tasty: the spicy, marinated, char-grilled chicken chunks (boti), the juicy sausage-shaped ground-beef patties (seekh kebab), and veggie dishes like creamy spinach with potato chunks (aloo palak) and cumin-laced stewed chickpeas (chana masala) are all as great (and cheap) as before. Service is slower at this larger space, but the trade-off is that the air isn’t quite as thick with the charcoal smoke that ultimately destroyed the previous location.
