If you've got Monday off for the Fourth of July, there's nothing wrong with firing up the grill and cracking open some craft beer at home. Or you can take it easy and have Chicago restaurants do the hard work. Before you stake out a spot to watch the fireworks, check out everything from deals on scones to cocktail specials all weekend long.
