Gari. Commonly known as sliced, sweet, ginger root, has been used for centuries as a side dish to sushi. This is because Gari is known to "Cleanse the pallet" or to rid yourself of the taste of the food, to better enjoy the rest of the meal. Gari has been said to contain natural pain relievers that may aid in ridding migraines or body aches including arthritis. Ginger has long been used as a natural treatment for colds and the flu because it has an abundance of antioxidants which aid in preventing sickness.
Our menu consists of many Japanese dishes and has a wide variety of sushi. We have many substitutions for vegetarians, or individuals with certain restricted diets.
In addition to our sushi bar, we have kitchen bistro, and Kushiyaki option (skewer grilled) which consists of vegetables, poultry and other non-poultry, meat options. This is a great option for customers who want to re-heat their food while talking and drinking.
