    Description
Take in the Suhail-designed room (think Tim Burton–esque, Rio-style Carnivale) while starting with one of the killer muddled cocktails like vodka-drenched watermelon smashed with fresh lime. Ceviches may be signature, but we had better luck with hot apps like the watercress-topped duck-confit flatbread. For the main event, don’t miss the suckling pig with glistening, crackly skin, perfectly sweet plantains and lard-rich black-bean puree.
