Description
Locals in the habit of splurging are familiar with Rick Tramonto and Gale Gand’s contemporary creations at special-occasion prices. Expect offerings such as prime beef tartare, seared orange marlin, Swan Creek Farm suckling pig and a five-course mini dessert tasting for only $25. If you really want to indulge in the freshest offerings, go for the seasonal collection. A recent summer collection (nine tastes for $195) included green asparagus with coconut pearls, trout roe, frog legs and a finish of rhubarb consommé.
