Two former bankers opened this soft-serve joint, which they’ve distinguished from other ice-cream shops in two ways: by serving a product that is lower in calories and fat than their competitors, and by offering it for delivery. Vegans and people otherwise dairy-intolerant will appreciate that the stuff is lactose-free, but fans of gelato—or Dairy Queen, for that matter—might find it a little on the icy side, with a slight chemical aftertaste. Throw enough candy and brownie bits in there, however, and you’ll hardly notice.
