Indie Burger (CLOSED)

There are only three things you need to know about Indie Burger. First, Indie Burger is, uh, super indie—there are, like, band posters on the walls and there's a chalkboard where staffers keep tabs on what bands are coming into town. Two, Indie Burger is dedicated to sustainability, and it is doing it exactly right: It sources its ingredients locally and, unlike some other "ethical" burgers around town, it names those sources. Third (and this is the important one), Indie Burger's food—from its greaseless, airy onion rings to the saucy, juicy, beefy burgers to the intense milkshakes—is really, really good.
