    Description
Graham Elliot Bowles says farewell to the Beta version of his dressed-down solo project as he releases what he calls GE 2.0: The colors of the lights go from yellow to a fall mixture of red, orange and brown; the music in the dining room gets softer; the servers sport slightly different uniforms; and Bowles even promises that the place has a new aroma of cinnamon and apple cider. But it’s the quirky menu, of course, that has really gotten the update, in dishes like squash gnocchi with pumpkin seeds and crispy sage, honey-lacquered duck with brussels sprouts and poached pears, and green apple fritters served with a cider reduction.
