Description

DJs spinning and customers dancing in the dining room may not be for everyone, but if you're into the nightclub flair, you're in for a treat with the food. Chef Randy Zweiban takes his inspiration from 27 Latin American countries and comes up with luscious eats. He's ushering in autumn with dishes such as braised beef cheeks with potatoes and onion confit, honey-orange–glazed quail with white beans and house-smoked bacon, and a bubbling cazuela of chorizo, chickpeas, spinach and piquillo peppers. The budget-minded can find value in Wine Down Wednesdays, a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings for $44.
