The more sophisticated side of Rick Bayless is no less delicious than his lively Frontera Grill side—its merely more exquisite. His careful attention to seasonal, authentic flavors can be seen throughout seasonal offerings that in colder weather might include slow-cooked duck "carnitas" with wild arugula and sunflower shoots, roasted rock hen with fennel stew and toasted almonds, and roasted pork loin with pasilla chile-fig sauce and red-chile bread pudding. A chefs tasting is on offer for $75; add paired wines for $45.
