Via vintage movie posters, Cyrano de Bergerac's long, obtrusive nose pokes its way into every corner of this charming bistro—just as the town of Bergerac's cuisine fills every part of the menu. Chef Didier Durand has built a loyal following for his southwestern French fare, like crisp-skinned rotisserie duck with orange sauce, succulent skirt steak with a hot pile of frites and the most adorable cheese plate known to man. He's revered for his bread pudding, made with kumquat preserves and Grand Marnier, but you'd do just as well to drink your dessert downstairs at Simone's Cabaret, where you can catch live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
