Dino Perez’s parents ran Bucktown’s Peruvian stalwart Rinconcito Sudamericano for 25 years, and now Dino gets his turn with what he calls “a fusion of Peruvian, Argentinean and Brazilian.” Look for stylized presentations of classics, like lomo al pisco (sautéed steak with onions, tomatoes and fried potatoes). Hand-painted murals add to the lively, colorful spot, and a BYO policy for Mondays through Wednesdays helps pinch pennies.
