Offering lunch & dinner seven days a week with a menu focusing on regional dishes & fresh ingredients, you will be sure to find your next favorite dish at Rosebud - Deerfield. Take the family for a homestyle meal of specialties like our famous Fish Salad with fresh calamari, scungilli, octopus & shrimp tossed in olive oil with fresh lemon, garlic & parsley, or our handmade Square Noodles. For those with special dietary needs, low glycemic, gluten-free, & whole wheat pastas are available upon request. Finish your dining experience on a sweet note with one of our fresh, delectable desserts. Choose a seat at tables made with wood from 19th century barns, or dine al fresco on our outdoor patio. However, we DO NOT accept reservations for the patio.
