    Description
From shuttered churrascaria Sal y Carvao rises Zed 451. The gauchos are gone, though Brazilian-style meat skewers remain, supplemented by a well-stocked buffet of soups and seasonal veggies, rendering this restaurant ironically vegetarian friendly. We found white meats somewhat mushy, though red meats were excellent, particularly beef bottom round and lamb leg. To ensure you get maximum choices, get here during busier hours when the kitchen keeps the options coming. Several flights of red wine (6oz/$12) prove highly complementary, and house-infused liquors enliven inventive cocktails. The staff is genuinely welcoming and friendly (ask for the kitchen tour to see the cool multiple-skewer cooking machine).
