Schmear (CLOSED)

We need more bagel shops in this town, so Schmear—a small, simple shop hawking bagels and a classic menu of spreads (cream cheese, hummus, whitefish salad) to put on them—automatically gets points. But you know what we need even more than bagel shops? Bagel shops staffed by spunky women with whom you can kvetch over a cup of Metropolis coffee. To our surprised delight, Schmear provides this, too.
