The older sibling to the trendy Ukie Village Bob San, this veteran sushi house hasn’t changed much during its ten years. Straight-up sushi (luscious salmon, slick mackerel and bass with ponzu are standouts) and classics like Japanese pickles and boiled-spinach apps hold their ground, while dragon and rainbow rolls are about as crazy as it gets.
