July 14 is Bastille Day, but you don't have to be at the Eiffel Tower or strolling down the Champs-Élysées to enjoy it. Chicago has plenty of great French restaurants, and some of them are celebrating with food and drink specials. Toss back some bubbly and say "bon appetit!" while slurping $1 oysters or indulging in a full French feast at these Chicago restaurants.
