While the Michigan Avenue address suggests sky-high prices, the small, beige changing areas are no-nonsense and not especially ritzy, highlighting that service is top priority. Unfortunately, we've experienced a few snafus with the spa's black hole of an appointment database. However, once you get into your treatment room, the results are impressive: Try the transformative Classic Facial ($90), which was truly transformative—our face went from blotchy and flakey to smooth and glowy. Plus, if your aesthetician isn't too busy, she might throw in gratis brow shaping. The salon is equipped with plenty of hair trimming and color stations, while manicure and pedicure chairs are tucked in a separate area.
