I signed up for an art class that was cancelled 4 days prior and I was told I could either accept a refund or be put in another class. I said I would try to make the earlier class but I didn't know if I could. On that day, I called to say that I couldn't make it to class and I would like the refund but the person said that they couldn't do anything until the manager arrived on Monday. On Monday, the manager rudely said they could only give me a partial refund minus the first day of class!
