Local brand Willow Willow hits Sanlitun with original designs in natural fibres

Local designer Li Kun has launched her brand, Willow Willow, exclusively at the downtown boutique Noise.

Li’s whimsical designs will sell alongside Noise’s retro T-shirts. Willow Willow is made entirely of natural fi bres and purchases are bundled into recycled cloth bags.

Some of the pieces are too weird for us – what’s up with that hood with a rainbow-coloured pointy tip? And why do all the blouses look like they’re made for 12-yearold girls? – but we appreciate the originality of the brand.

The grey wool cape with pink stitching from the autumn/winter collection (1,186RMB) is a real stand out.
