•On Saturday 4, join visiting Australian chef, Ben Higgs and ASC Wines for Gold Label wines and modern Australian cuisine. All dishes will be paired with the Gold Label wines from Wolf Blass.

•On Thursday 9, Julia Zhu of the Wine Club at One East will take you on a virtual journey through some of the world’s finest wine regions. Wine flights are accompanied by expert commentary and a selection of delectable canapés.

•If you’re feeling adventurous, join Palette Vino on Saturday 11 to taste a funky selection of wines and enjoy the sunny weather in a Chinese courtyard.

• On Friday 17, Phillip Deverell, brand ambassador of Jacob’s Creek, together with One East’s Julia Zhu, will present a four-course meal perfectly paired with four of Jacob’s Creek’s finest wines.

•Enjoy a summer wine tasting dinner at the Black Sesame Kitchen with the Wine Republic on Thursday 23. Expect delicious Chinese dishes and dazzling summer wine pairings.
