The second edition of the Raffles Hotel’s ‘Food & Wine Dialogue’ sees award-winning Melbourne chef Paul Wilson take over the kitchens of Jaan.
His contemporary dishes will be complemented with wine specially chosen by Nick Stock, one of Australia’s most respected wine critics.
The winning duo will be in town for four days only so book early.
