Don't miss master of molecular gastronomy Albert Adria in Beijing this week
Chef Alber t Adrià, one of the founders of the iconic molecular gastronomy restaurant elBulli, will be in town from Tue 27 to Thur 29 for a culinar y event. He will present the documentary A Day in elBulli at the Instituto Cervantes and will conduct culinar y masterclasses at the UCCA .

Oct 27 - Presentation culinary Spanish cinema season as a prelude to a gastronomic Spanish cinema season at the facilities of Instituto Cervantes. A documentary called “elBulli history” will be shown at this event. Chefs Albert Adrià, Da Dong and Brian Mckenna will be present. Invite only.
Oct 28 - A Day at elBulli Chef Adrià will take guests through a DVD presentation of the documentary, A Day at elBulli.
6.30pm at UCCA, upon invitation. Following there is a master class, during which Chef Adrià will demonstrate some of elBulli’s savoury dishes. Finally, guests can participate in a Q&A, and enjoy meet and greet cocktails.
8pm at UCCA, main exhibition hall. Tickets RMB 488 net (individual), RMB 8888 net (VIP tables of 10).
Oct 29 - natura Chef Adrià will take guests through a DVD presentation of his own book, natura.
6.30pm at UCCA, upon invitation. Following there is a master class, during which he will demonstrate some of elBulli’s desserts.
