Chef Ber trand Combe has created a business lunch menu with new specials every week.

Tuck into delicious mains such as roasted rougie goose breast in thyme, baby calamari stuffed with fiery sea bream mousse, and a fillet of Indo-Pacific black marlin fish as well as desser ts such as his half sphere of chocolate, mint and passion fruit custard cream with a side of rambutan-pear sherbet.
