Fangshan Imperial

Imperial court food is a style of Chinese cuisine based on the food served to the emperor and his court. It has become a major school of Chinese cooking, adopting both Manchu roasting and grilling techniques and Han braising and steaming. Those who want to experience the lavish ‘Man-Han Banquet’, need to cough up RMB 10,800 per head, for a minimum of 10 people. The banquet includes 134 imperial dishes, to be eaten over six days.
