"I am a property investor with over 50 properties. It was much easier than you may think to achieve this. Basically I advertised my properties to let to Rent 2 Buy Tenants only which gave me the ability to cover the shortfalls I had between the Rentable Value and my Mortgage. I now am buyin a portfolio of 20 properties which I am going to advertise on rent2buyhomes.org and other places. I recommend any Landlord out there to do the same.
