"Best detox is to feel relaxed, drink daily 3 times 2 table spoons of lemon/apple cider vinegar/ honey. Stop all (white) carbs, fried and sugary foods. Eat before 7pm. This will make a big difference within 2 weeks to your energy levels as well you will shred some fat and weight. Do it for 1 month and you will be different person."
