Please try writing more than just one draft, so that your dialogue isn't always so flat and prosaic: that way your amazing cast wouldn't look like they're completely wasting their time.
Try differentiating how your characters express themselves.
Try learning how people without wealth live, or even acknowledging that a lack of money isn't something to be ashamed of.
Try not to pepper your films early on with obvious quotes and references that give away the plot early on for anyone else who has ever read a book.
Your later films are so poor it makes me doubt whether I'm remembering the earlier ones I like correctly.
