"I revisited “Clarke’s” Pie n Mash Shop recently. I note that there appears to be penny pinching going on, or the standard has dropped to a level that is unacceptable.
I had Pie n Mash, the Pie was hard and I can only conclude this was because it had been recycled. The normal scrapped on the side mash, now is measured by a scoop. The mash appeared overcooked or there again recycled.
For those who are regular customers, all I can say is that you are being denied the standard of quality that should exist, via persistence to produce an acceptable meal.
I don’t blame anyone to ask for their money back."
