"I ordered two vouchers for a meal at Panoramic. I've had my reservation cancelled by them, been told other times I want are not available and now am getting no response from them about rebooking. The voucher is now due to expire and I'm having to luck getting them to respond to requests to rebook new table reservations they cancelled. Is there any way to get a refund being as I'm being mucked about?
Poor show on the part of the restaurant, and poor show on Time Out for promoting somewhere with such shabby service. Despite previous good experiences with Time Out offers, this is putting me off using the service again."
