Win a seven-night trip to Cuba with 'Che: Part One'

To celebrate the cinema release of ‘Che: Part One’, Time Out have teamed up with Optimum Releasing and Cuba50.org to offer one lucky film fan a chance to win a one-week trip to Cuba, including flights and accommodation.

Released on Thursday January 1 2009, ‘Che: Part One’ is the hugely awaited war epic directed by Stephen Soderbergh and starring Benicio Del Toro. To celebrate the 50 year anniversary of the Cuban revolution there will be special advance double bill screenings of Part One and Part Two in selected cinemas across the country. The film tracks the charismatic revolutionary Che Chevera as he joins Fidel Castro’s band of Cuban exiles and journeys to the island on a leaky boat in 1956. From these humble beginnings, the small team of rebels mobilise popular support and recruit an army which will ultimately topple the U.S.-friendly regime of dictator Fulgencio Batista, while Che himself undergoes a transformation from a simple doctor to one of the most iconic political figures of the modern age.
