Win exclusive tickets to The Singleton Taste Room and dinner at HIX Soho

 

To celebrate the launch of The Singleton Taste Room, an exhibition exploring the perfect whisky tasting environment, The Singleton of Dufftown is giving away two exclusive tickets to attend the private launch of The Singleton Taste Room before enjoying a three-course dinner for two at HIX Soho.

The influential 'tastemakers' from various fields have put forward their choices for what will best complement a session with The Singleton. Mark Hix has been asked to create the perfect dish to serve with The Singleton Whisky; Gilles Peterson has created the perfect playlist; Dominic Wilcox has chosen the glassware; Max Lamb the ultimate seating, and Daniel Poole has been harmonising every element in the room.
