Good news: 50% price drop for short rides on trams and buses in Zagreb

This will brighten up your January: Zagrebački električni tramvaj (ZET) Zagreb's transport authority, have announced prices are to drop by over 50% for shorter rides in the city. From the 1 February, commuters can purchase half hour tickets on buses and trams, paying just 4 kuna (50 cents) instead of the current 10 kuna (1.30 euro) charge.
