Set in Chloraka village, between Kato Pafos and Coral Bay, this luxury establishment is run by a British couple, Paul and Paula Chillington. It boasts a modern decor and, unusually for Cyprus, both smoking and non-smoking areas. The fish-focused menu offers a selection of international dishes - Alaska king crab, fine de Claire oysters and seafood spring rolls. Dotted with trees, the garden features sleek white couches for pre- or post-dinner drinks.
