One of the most popular hangouts in the old city, Oktana gets crowded, especially in the evenings. People come here not only to chill out and sip on excellent hot chocolate, but also to thrash out a game of backgammon and tuck into some masterful crÍpes. There's a beautiful courtyard at the back, and the basement is given over to the relaxed and cosy Uqbar, where you can smoke nargiles (hookahs).
