I have visited the Zara department store in Larnaca today and I was completely dissapointed by the service of the employees... I wad only there for 20 minutes and spent over €100 when I asked one of the employees there (russian) barely speaking english and greek if I could take my kid to the toilet. She replied "toilet no no no". I thought no more of it. Then I went to pay on the upstairs floor at a cashier point which was serving with only one more customer. The lady there looked at me angrily and simply said:"you can pay downstairs". I think that although both I and my family have been customers of the stpre for some time there is No way that I will be visiting again.
