This bookshop is amazing, I'm a regular customer at their shop on Griva Digheni, but today I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees... I ordered two books more than a month ago and as the weeks gone by I thought I will get it from somewhere else... Today, after more than a month someone called from the bookshop that they finally got the books. I told her that I've got them already and thanked her for calling when she started to have a go at me that this was a personal order and now they have to pay for it and then before I could say anything she abruptly hung up on me. I find this attitude very unacceptable, I'm a good customer, I bought a lot of books from them and I've never let them down when I ordered books from them.
I hope she reads my comment and think about being nicer to the customers as this is a great bookshop and I intend to continue being their regular customer.
