This award-winning winery has gone from strength to strength since its official founding in 1988, and now produces 75,000 bottles a year. It offers some interesting wines, blending indigenous grape varieties with famous strains such as cabernet and merlot. It ventured into organic wines with its 2006 Pure range, and also offers the 'first Kosher wine in Cyprus in over 2,000 years'. The ruby-coloured Lambouri sweet red is especially recommended for its dense-bodied, warm and spicy palate. Tours of the winery and tastings of up to three wines are free; for €2 you can sample all 18. For groups of four or more, tastings cost €3.50, and you will need to book three days in advance.
