Medium-sized Crawdaddy is an exciting new venue that meets the demand for live music with an impressive roster of contemporary jazz, world music and rock. It can hold about 300 people, and ticket prices tend to be higher than average; but the place has the atmosphere of an intimate jazz club, and draws acts of the calibre (not to mention considerable, genre-busting diversity) of Courtney Pine, the Fall and Talvin Singh.
