Casual, but serious about its vegetarian customers, this long-running restaurant nourishes wise locals who pay little attention to food fads. Don't expect any razzmatazz, just straightforward, honest cooking geared to everyone from vegans to carnivores. Dishes include parsnip and sweet potato rösti, West African vegetable and peanut curry, and braised guinea fowl with roasted vegetables and Puy lentils.
