With the kind of relentess mall lighting that makes you feel as if you are suspended in a permanent lightning flash, this starkly modern shopping centre may not be the most relaxing place in the world (crowds are also a permanent fixture) but it is handily located, and it's also full of equally handy, bite-sized outlets. You'll find branches of big UK stores like Argos, Debenhams and M&S, plus a fair selection of clothes shops (Topshop and Next) and dozens of mall staples, of the Sunglass Hut and Boots varieties.
