Inverleith House review

This beautiful house-cum-gallery is an unexpected find in the middle of Edinburgh's Royal Botanic Garden. Built in in 1774, it was home to the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art from the 1960s to the mid '80s. Since a 2004 refurbishment, it has hosted a wide-ranging programme of temporary exhibitions featuring the work of both new and established artists (Roni Horn, Barbara Hepworth and the like).
