City Art Centre review Rate it

Hosting civic shows alongside large touring exhibitions (for which there's sometimes an admission charge), treading the thin line between public edutainment and contemporary art, this six-floor gallery has previously had problems grappling with its size. However, it's possible that a recent refurbishment may help matters a little; you can find out from May 2010, when the gallery, shop and café reopen for business after a period of closure.
