Behind the extensive tartan-stacked shop, visitors can see the various processes that go into producing Scotland's national dress. Experienced workers attend the noisy working looms, the output of which is sold at the front of the shop. Attractions include a 'from sheep to shop' tartan guide, and a chance to handle the threads before the high-powered looms work their magic. You can even get all garbed up and have your photo taken for tartan posterity, as well as checking out your clan history.
